Program Setting: *Beautiful and fully equipped classrooms *Plenty of teaching aids (flashcards, teacher's manuals, CDs, etc.)*Low teacher to student ratio (maximum of 12 students per class) *Students ages: 3-15, adults*Western management style

Benefits Package: **With base salary + subsidy + bonuses, monthly salary received up to10,000RMB/month (~$1,585USD)

- Work hours: 35

- Teaching hours: 20+

- Base salary: starting from 8,000RMB/month

- Living subsidy: 200RMB/month

- Teaching bonus: 150RMB/hour past 20 weekly teaching hours

- Hardworking bonus: up to 450RMB/month

- Performance bonus: up to 1,200RMB/semester

- Contract completion: 6,000RMB/month
