TLC Program
TLC full name is Teaching English and Learning Chinese in China. No matter if you have teaching experience or not, you are welcome to join us for the September school term.
1. We will provide free professional English teaching training course and you will get the TESOL certificate after one year of contract with us.
2. During your teaching in our schools, our schools will provide professional Chinese courses. We are sure if you study hard, you will have the HSK (standardized test of Standard Chinese language proficiency for non-native speakers) primary level.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Teaching Oral English
2. You will have two days off per week
3. No more than 22hours per week
TYPICAL BENEFITS:
1. There is no need to worry about making ends meet.(For reference, the average Chinese teacher makes only 1000-1500Yuan a month).
2. Assistance of one of IERC staff; visa assistance
3. Private living accommodation with bathroom
4. Airport pick-up and see-off
5. Orientation upon arrival
6. Program supervision and emergency service
7. Guaranteed school placement
8. Low stress employment
9. Learn Chinese and Chinese culture
10. If you stay with it for multiple terms, travel costs might be reimbursed. Other travel allowance or bonus will be given for the outstanding teacher
As our partner schools are all over China, we are happy to recommend our qualified teachers to other partner schools after the contract is over.
