Our training center preparation institute.The mission of us is to provide international young students foundation education to Chinese students aged 4-14(most are 5-7 years old) and help them improve academic ability of studying in international education environment. As it is an emergency positioin, the center is looking for the teachers who are already in Beijing holding a working visa and can start immediately.

The course content we offer include:(1) BICS (Basic Interpersonal Communicative Skills)(2) CALP (Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency)(3)Subject Vocabulary(4)Culture and SocialEnglish Teaching PositionRequirements:1) Native English Speaker, your first language must be English2) Hold a passport from one of following English speaking countriesThe United StatesCanadaAustraliaThe United KingdomSouth AfricaIrelandNew Zealand 3) EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalentmaster's degree is preferred - In the US,this is the equivalent to a 4 year college degree. In the UK, this is a 3 year degree program.TEFL qualification- We look for people that have some formal training in teaching English as a second language (ESL)ESL teaching experience- Experience you gained from your previous ESL teaching jobs may come in handy now as we do require it in certain areas. We will work towards placing you in a suitable location.4) Sufficient experiences* 2-3 years of teaching experience* Interest in learning and contributing to curriculum and program development* Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively both within the company and with Chinese students, parents, and educators Cultural awareness, adaptability, and interest in China Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills and strong work ethic and team spirit.* As interested in learning as in teaching No criminal record The age is better form 25-55 years old 5) Teaching Information:Teaching 3- 6 year old students25-30 teaching hours/week, 40 working hours/week in total6) Application materials:ResumeThe Copy of the certificate with the highest degree, (copy of the certificate of special skills) The Copy of Work Permit, Work invitation and Residence Permit in China7)

8) Some Requirements:Make good preparation for every class and make attendance record of the students. Accept the supervision and evaluation related to teaching. Holding a working visa, start immediately.
