At Future English, we believe that the success of learning English isn’t just measured by the ability to speak, but to speak naturally and confidently. Our teaching philosophy is reflected in our learning system in three ways. First, having foreign native-English speaking teachers in the classroom to create opportunities for students to improve their English skills. Second, as an after school program, the extra practice will enhance the students’ study of English. Third, Future English supplement them in the classroom with extracurricular activities that are fun for the children, creating a more relaxed environment to practice their skills.

We have designed a variety of courses to meet the needs of different age groups. We provide classes for students 3 to 6, 6 to 11, 11 to 14 and 14 to 18 years old. In short, every student will be accurately placed based not only on age, but also on ability and needs.

Salary

Monthly

Ø 9,000 RMB based on 24 hours per week (NO office hours)

Yearly

Ø 8,000 RMB flight bonus, paid with final salary on contract completion

Work Conditions

Ø Class times are during evenings & weekends

Ø Students are between 4 - 18 years old

Ø Z-visa and expert certificate

Ø Airport pickup on arrival

Ø Additional 1,000 RMB provided each month as housing allowance

Ø Free weekly Chinese classes

Ø Shared resources with other teachers, i.e lesson plans, game ideas.

Ø 2 weeks paid holiday per year

Ø Class sizes between 8-15 students Occasional outside classes, class size may exceed six students

Ø Teaching Assistant provided

Ø Modern Facilities

Ø Opportunities for promotion to lead teacher or DOS
