Teach in Local Public Primary Schools in Suzhou!

Suzhou Yangshan Experimental Primary School, a public maintained whole-day primary school under the approval of the Management Committee of SND, boasts of convenient transportation, located at Suzhou National Hi-Tech District (SND), the heart of Xushuguan Economic Development Zone.

We aim to immerse children in happiness and to stimulate and promote qualified education, thereby nurturing their core competencies.

Position information 
1.Location: SND, Suzhou 
2.Teach in local public Primary Schools 
3.Students' Age: 7-9 (primary school)) 
4.Syllabus,curriculum and teaching material provided 
5.One academic year contract (be arrive as soon as possible) 
6.Monday to Friday (weekends off), 15 teaching hours per week at most , 8:30am-3:30pm

Salary and Benefits: 
1.Salary of CNY 7,000 - 8,000/month 
2.Monthly stipend: up to CNY 500

Responsibilities: 
• Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within their class; 
• Creating lesson plans and modifying accordingly throughout the year; 
• Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum; 
• Creating positive educational climate for students to learn in; 
• Meeting course and school-wide student performance goals; 
• Working closely with teaching assistant and other colleagues to plan and coordinate work; 
• Participating in workshops and training sessions organized by the school and education bureau; 
• Post a short writing piece about your experience in Suzhou every quarter in the official platform.

Qualifications: 
1.Native English speaker 
2.Citizen of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom or the United States 
3.Bachelor's degree or higher 
4.TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (120hour) certificate 
5.A clean criminal record 
6.Excellent physical and mental health

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Relevant teaching experience 
• Experience working with children 
• Candidates already in China on a work visa will be shortlisted
