Teach in Shanghai!

Englishway Training School (license number: 131011574001500) is located in Pudong, Shanghai. We have 1200 students and 4 foreign full time teachers. We are looking for full-time and part-time foreign teachers from USA, UK and Canada.

At Englishway Training School we:

1. Limit the number of students per class to 16 (rare exceptions).

2. Our students are mostly 4 to 10 years old, divided into classes by grade and English level. We also have a few classes of 11 to 13 year-olds.

3. Teaching assistants plan the lessons and are present in the classroom to help the foreign teachers.

4. The school provides all necessary teaching materials, training, flash cards, toys and teacher books.

5. Here is the general timetable for full-time scheduled teachers:

Tuesday: Day off

Wednesday: 4:40-6:10pm, 6:25-7:55pm

Thursday: 4:40-6:10pm, 6:25-7:55pm

Friday: 3:45-5:15pm, 6:00-7:30pm

Saturday: 9:45-11:15am, 12:30-14:00, 14:30-16:00, 16:30-18:00

Sunday: 9:45-11:15am£¬12:30-14:00£¬14:30-16:00£¬16:15 -17:45

Furthermore, our contract for full-time teacher includes:

1. At most 21 teaching hours per week, no office hours.

2. Overtime teaching at the rate of RMB200 per hour.

3. 12 to 13k RMB per month (after taxes) and free private accommodation at a new apartment; A two-year contract-completion bonus of RMB48,000. (if the teacher prefers to find and pay for his own apartment, we can raise the salary to 14-15k/mo).

4. 28 days paid holidays.

5. Help getting a working visa (foreign expert visa - which is the best one).

6. Free Chinese meal provided during working hours.

7. Paid training prior to commencing teaching.

8. Airport pick-up upon arrival.
