Job Description

Teach in Shanghai

Brief Introdcation

The Cambridge International Center in Shanghai Experimental School was founded in 2008. It is an educational organization authorized by Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) to offer A level and IGCSE courses and conduct A level and IGCSE examinations. It is also an authorized school offering AP courses.

With all experienced staff in our center, our Centre has developed a positive and dynamic corporate culture, one that emphasizes close cooperation and support between our local and international staff, along with respect and sensitivity towards all cultures. Many foreign teachers, even those new to Chinese culture, have expressed their enjoyment in working within the relaxed, team-oriented environment of our burgeoning internationally oriented school.

We have a truly exceptional group of students. Students are generally highly motivated and diligent. Required to pass a tough entrance exam with a high level of English proficiency, they understand competition before they start at school. Most students are determined to gain entry into the most prestigious universities worldwide, such as Harvard, MIT, Oxford and Cambridge, and they are committed to realizing their personal goals. We as teachers are impressed by our students’ hard work, dedication and their lofty goals.

Currently, many Chinese parents have sent their children overseas.
