China International Teacher's Association (CITA) is a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) in China affiliated with China's Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAFEA). CITA's goal is to improve the English Education in China by recommending our foreign teachers to local schools to teach spoken English. Established in 2008, CITA has used an abundant of resources to help over 300 foreign teachers find teaching positions in schools throughout China, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with over 100 schools.

The Conditions of Employment:

Native English Speakers: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand

Age: 25 to 50 years old

Degree：Bachelor Degree or Higher

Certificate: TESOL /TEFL/CELTA certificate

Experience: At least two years formal Teaching Experience

Compensation:

Salary: Different from 9000 RMB to 10000 RMB （before tax） with free Accommodation and Meals according to your qualification.

Accommodation: We offer private apartment furnished, and the school will pay the fees of water, electric, internet etc.

Meals：The School will provide three meals a day on campus

Flight Allowance: We will offer you 8000 RMB flight allowance after one year contract

Workload: No more than 20 classes per week from Monday to Friday, each class is 45 minutes long, weekend off

We will pay half salary for winter vocation
