Location: Zhongshan city, Guangdong province

Main Responsibilities: 
-Class size: around 30 kids per class (with Chinese teaching assistant provided) 
-Student ages: 3 to 6 years old 
-Monday to Friday work schedule with lunch break: 7:50 to 16:30, 11:30 to 14:00 lunch break 
-Deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons to students 
-Ensure equal participation of all students 
-Complete all administrative tasks promptly 
-Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities 
-Attend school activities, parties, and other events

Compensation: 
-12,000-14,000 RMB monthly salary (before tax) based on qualifications and experience 
-2,000 RMB monthly housing allowance 
-Upfront paid flight for recent graduates OR 5,000 RMB flight reimbursement to be paid within the first working month 
-TEFL reimbursement upon arrival if going through our recommend program 
-Work visa (Z visa) provided 
-Social and accident insurance 
-Pre-arrival online training and orientation 
-Airport pickup (if landing in HK, then at the border of Shenzhen), bank, phone card, and apartment rental assistance 
-Weekly Chinese lessons 
-Dedicated specialist to help you throughout your time in China

Requirements: 
-Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa 
-Bachelor’s degree or above 
-120 hour TEFL certificate required (No TEFL? We can reimburse you if going through our partnered course) 
-Teaching experience preferred 
-Patient, passionate and professional 
-Respects the teaching profession and understands children's educational needs
