Class sizes range from one-on-one to a maximum of 12 and we provide our teachers with all the resources needed to the best job possible.

Compensation package:

Z-Visa+7000 Yuan/ month to start with+ 8000 Flight allowance/year + Free individual housing (private condo/apartment, very close to the school), Friendly working environment, Chinese assistant to facilitate and help you in the new transition, quarterly salary increase, quarterly performance bonus, contract completion bonus, 2 weeks of paid holidays , traveling during public holidays, Private Chinese lessons and more.

Teaching hours: 25 hours maximum per week.

Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. TESOL and/or TEFL certification

2. College Diploma

3. ESL classroom experience

4. Native Speaker OR European
