Teach Kids in Beautiful Seaside Dalian

Hello, we are Rik (an Englishman) and Ed (also an Englishman, but grew up in South Africa) and we work at Shane English School, Dalian. Rik is the Academic Manager and Ed runs recruitment. We’re looking to hire a few new teachers over the next two months.

Shane teachers work low hours in a happy and reliable school, with great children and friendly colleagues. Dalian is a great place to live with beaches and a relaxed ‘city vibe’. We can tell you more about living here when we talk. We’ll both be doing Skype interviews over the next few weeks.

For an interview, you need to:

- be a native English speaker.

- be more than 24 years-old.

- have a Bachelor’s degree.

- have a teaching certificate (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA preferred)

Salary

9250 RMB p/m for a maximum of 18 hours teaching per week (with no office hours).

Plus:

- an airfare allowance

- 22 days paid leave

- performance bonuses

- an end of contract bonus

- paid health insurance

Of course the school will also organize:

- a full Work Visa

- assistance in finding accommodation, including airport pick up and hotel on arrival while we help you choose an apartment.

We also have an established relationship with a great Chinese school and can enroll you to begin lessons if you’re interested in studying the language.
