- Native English Speaker
-Age at least 24 years old

-2 years teaching experience preferred.
Joy Children's English School in Songyuan Jianbei, China is currently looking for a full-time native English-speaking teacher to start as soon as possible.This is a well-paid opportunity to teach English 20 hours a week and experience China. Songyuan Jianbei Joy School offers numerous excellent benefits, as it hopes to attract the best and brightest potential teachers. We currently have a foreign teacher who has been with us for over 4 years since the opening of the school but due to expansion we are currently seeking a second. We have experienced staff both Chinese and Western who understand your needs. Songyuan is a medium sized city and prices are a lot lower than the prices in the bigger cities. You can live very comfortable for 3,000 RMB each month...
Here is some information about the position:
-The salary is 7,000 RMB per month.
-8,000 RMB airfare reimbursement at the end of a 1-year contract.
-You do not usually work on Mondays and Tuesdays.
-Our teachers teach a maximum of 20 hours each week. (No office hours or PR work)
-You will usually teach 2 hours a day on Wednesdays to Friday from 5pm to 7pm and from 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
-4 weeks paid holidays.
Your own apartment. We provide our teachers with a fully furnished modern apartment. It is not shared. It includes things such as; a western style bathroom, TV and DVD, High-Speed Internet access, and a fully equipped kitchen. (Your apartment is guaranteed to be clean)
We are looking for an intelligent and enthusiastic native English speaker who truly wants to work with children. Unlike some schools, which send teachers out to numerous schools with class sizes of 60 students or more, Songyuan Jianbei Joy School teachers work in an environment where they can build relationships with their students and Chinese co-teachers (a native Chinese teacher fluent in English is present for every class). Classes are capped at 18 students, and are often smaller.
Songyuan Jianbei Joy School will assist with all visas, work permit and resident permit issues before you come to China, so there is no fear of working illegally... You will be issued an official working visa as well as a Foreign Expert Certificate passbook - you will technically be a Chinese Foreign Expert.
