TEACH UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN CHINA FOR 3 WEEKS this SUMMER
This short-term Oral English program, which will take place from July 5 to 25, 2020, is an enriching and enjoyable experience for both students and teachers alike. Come join us for a truly rewarding three weeks in Wuxi, China.
JOB DUTIES
Develop the curriculum for 11 three-hour classes designed to improve the fluency and public speaking skills of Chinese university honor students of varying English abilities.
Teach two three-hour classes per day, repeating your morning lesson to a different afternoon class.
Conduct one evening “English Corner”
Attend and assist at one party.
Help in any way needed to make the program a success.
REQUIREMENTS
Native speaker proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Teaching experience
Due to requirements in China, teachers cannot be over 65 years old.
PREFERRED
A degree or certificate in TESL/TESOL
Experience in teaching ESL speaking/listening
Experience teaching at the college level
Experience teaching abroad and/or studying a foreign language abroad
Experience writing your own lesson plans
