PACKAGE:

Salary: 10,000rmb/month (1+ years experience: salary negotiable)

Visa Type: Sponsored legal Z working visa

Flight Reimbursement: 9,000rmb

Work week: 5 days with 2 consecutive days off

Holidays: 10 paid holidays + 22 national holidays

Insurance: Health and Dental Insurance provided by AETNA

Accommodations: Free apartment within 15-minute walk of school

Training: EF Mentor provided, EFEKTA and OMNI training, TKT Young Learner Certification

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree (any area of study)

Certification: A TEFL Certification (We can help you obtain a TEFL though EF)

Contract Length: 12, 18, and 24-month contract available

Citizenship: Must be a citizen from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan engaging and effective lesson plans

Teach students age 3-18 (Max class size of 18)

Participate in marketing events and DEMO lesson to attract new sign-ups

Work with teaching staff to improve academic quality

Give Oral Placement Test to potential students
