Teacher Manager

Le Waijiao (http://lewaijiao.com/) is seeking a qualified and experienced foreign candidate who will oversee the management of teachers.  This position is full time and is based in the Beijing office.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and experienced foreign candidate to oversee daily management of teachers. The right candidate should possess an active and outgoing personality as well as a professional working manner.

• Design, implement, review, and update policies for teachers
• Training teachers about policies and regulations
• Observe and manage teachers’ daily performance
• Daily communication with teachers

Job requirements:

• Native English speaker (North American, British, Australian or New Zealander accent required)
• Minimum one year’s experience in teacher management
• A bachelor's degree in any field
• A relaxed, positive attitude
• Punctuality and responsibility in your work
• Full-time position
• Based in Beijing office

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary: 15000 RMB to 20000 RMB per month (before tax) based on experience and qualification
• Working visa
• Free evening meal (Monday-Friday)

Position Information:

• Working hours: 16:00-22:00 from Wednesday to Friday, 13:00-22:00 Saturday and Sunday
• One hour for lunch and dinner
• Two days off per week (Monday and Tuesday)

Process:
