Teacher supervisor required -F-4visa holder - August start

Morgan Recruiting is currently looking for a teacher supervisor for a school position in Suwon starting in August. This position does not involve teaching, but rather involves making the curriculum, interviewing teachers, doing classroom observations of teachers, and counselling with parents. Teaching would only be required in the event that a teacher was out sick.

Requirements:
*F-4visa holder
* must speak Korean at a conversational level
* experience supervising teachers

Job responsibilities:
* Managing the foreign teachers in the morning program
* Interviewing teachers and observing classes
* Counselling with parents
* Developing the curriculum

Position details:
Location: Suwon
Focus:Supervisor
Student focus: Kindergarten, elementary
Number of positions: 1
Start date: August 2013
Week: Mon-Fri (no Saturdays)
Salary: 3.0 million won
Vacation: 2 weeks + all national holidays
Housing: Single housing provided
Health: Health insurance shared with the school
Pension: Pension contributions matched by the school
Number of teachers at the school: 5
