Working Hours: Working Hours: 10am-7pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Description:

• Be familiarized with and be able to utilize all aspects of the curriculum.
• Provide necessary training sessions/seminars/workshops for teachers regarding course material, classroom management, class activity, etc.
• Perform online or offline classroom observation and evaluation and give constructive feedback on classroom management and teaching performance.
• Perform test-runs on new lesson formats/material/platforms and provide evaluation and feedback.
• Assist with design of training material, training structure, and all teacher training related content.

Basic Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years demonstrated experience in related field after graduation.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or other locally recognizable teaching credentials.
• Punctual, strong communication skills and easy-going personality.
• A well-balanced, flexible and adaptable nature.
• A demonstrated respect of the values, cultural differences and expectations of the Chinese parents.
• Able to provide working reference upon request
