Teachers Needed for Kids English Training Centre in Changsha, Hunan

Bounce Kids English is a Western owned and operated English training centre in Changsha, Hunan. We are the only training centre in Changsha that exclusively uses native English speaking trainers to teach students from 4 to 12 years old. Classes have a maximum of 8 students, allowing every student plenty of opportunity to speak individually, and our totally immersive program develops students who can actually communicate in English. Lessons are fun, highly engaging and extremely interactive, and students love coming to class.



Position overview:



Provide a highly engaging and effective learning experience to young learners aged 4-12



Work weeknights and weekends, with 2 consecutive days off per week



Max 21 hours of teaching per week



Required qualifications:



Native English speaker



Bachelor's degree



At least 24 years old



Neutral accent with clear pronunciation



Passion for working with children



Desired qualifications:



Bachelor of Education



TEFL or TESOL qualification



Teaching or training experience



Compensation and benefits:



RMB8,500-11,000 monthly salary



Paid holidays including all Chinese national holidays plus Christmas, two weeks at Spring Festival and two weeks during summer



RMB6,000 contract completion bonus
