BDW Foreign Language School is the premier language teaching school in Changchun. It is the first and longest established foreign teacher school in Changchun, Jilin province. The school was established 15 years ago and with only three teachers and one school. We are now located throughout the city in eight locations with a team of around 25 foreign teachers. Many teachers sign on for multiple years with our current faculty average at 2.4 years. We pride ourselves in balancing a great working environment for teachers as well as giving teachers the opportunity to be a part of this great country and city. We're proud of our achievements and our reputation among the Chinese ESL community. -Requirements and Qualifications:

-ability to work a minimum 12 month contract

-native/fluent English speakers

-a Bachelor's degree

-clear background check

- a TESOL/TEFL certificate

Employment package:

- 8,000 RMB- 9,000 RMB per month (base salary, housing, annual bonus)

-22 hours basic contract

-Free transport to teaching sites

-School managed accommodation-self-contained apartments

-5 weeks(35 days) paid leave per annum

-Medical cover

-Accrued sick days

-Dedicated Foreign Affairs department support throughout your contract

-Weekly Chinese class (courses commence twice per year)

-Initial training and orientation

-7000RMB contract completion bonus for first year teachers, 8200RMB if teacher signs on for second year
