Teachers should do their utmost to cultivate an atmosphere of excellence throughout all of the academy¡¯s operations and strive to offer a consistently challenging classroom environment for students. Athena Teachers should ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with Athena¡¯s philosophy and goals.
Main Responsibilities
-Deliver high quality Phonics, literature , writing or STEM classes to K-G12 students
-Discern the structure of the day¡¯s lesson plan
-Issue and explain homework assignments
-Liaise with Head Teacher/Teacher Manager
-Write student assessment reports
-Undertake regular library coaching duties
-Uphold professional behavior and etiquette
-Prepare all printouts required for the session (quizzes, handouts, homework sheets etc.)
-Assist in marketing activities and promotions
Must Have:
-Enthusiasm
-Bachelor's Degree or above
-Native English speaker
-Over 1 year of postgraduate teaching experience
Compensation & Benefits
-10,000-16,000 RMB per month depending on experience
-Visa sponsorship for successful applicants
-11 days paid vacation days per year
-Round-trip international flight reimbursement of 6,000RMB
-Annual Bonus of up to 1-month base salary
