1. Teaching: Submitting semester Long Range Plans, lesson and unit plans, setting teaching targets, Assessments and Evaluation of student performance, and delivering all classes in English 
2. Communicating: Participating in department meetings and staff meetings, 
conducting effective communication with colleagues, maintaining sound relationship with parents, and providing feedback on students’ academic performance 
3. Supporting: Participating in school management, publicizing, supervision, being involved in the total school life, participating in establishing a climate & culture of an International School Setting
