Contract package: 
We offer three level salary(before tax, will have performance evaluation): 
Level A: 14,000RMB(no extra requirements) 
Level B: 15,000RMB (if can plan and run the classes at the first month) 
Level C: 16,000RMB (if is all-level class teacher) 
By starting with level A paycheck, in three month probation, you have 
opportunity to raise to Level B or C. 
Welfare package is coming along: 
Housing: 1000RMB/month 
Health Insurance: YES 
Flight Allowance: up to 4000RMB 
Work Visa Allowance: 800RMB 
Contract Completion Bonus: 3000RMB 
Contract Renew Bonus: 3000RMB 
With-paid Holidays: all Chinese public holidays + 1day for Christmas + 
2 weeks summer holiday*+ 2 weeks winter holiday 
*With the option no summer holiday, +500RMB per month

Working life: 
5 working days/week 
2 consecutive days off (not Saturdays or Sundays) 
40hrs/week* working hours for Lesson Planning & Preparation, Teaching (no 
more than 25hrs for regular classes, demos, marketing promotion activities), and 
Teaching Service. 
*With the option30hrs/week working hours

If you are with: 
Passion for working with 3-16 years old young kids and teens, 
TEFL/TESOL native English teacher, 
BA degree, 
ESL teaching experience for young kids is preferred.
