EF Chengdu stands as a proud and well established member of the global EF community. Our first school opened in 2001 and since then we’ve been growing rapidly. We now have 4 centers in our city with more than 32 full time native English teachers and over 3,000 students studying with us in EF Chengdu.

Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking to enlarge our team. We need qualified and experienced teachers to join our professional and hardworking team. You will be part of a team of committed teachers who can add value to the school in many ways.

We teach a variety of classes from 3 years old up to 18 years old. We prefer flexible teachers who can teach a range of levels and ages. Teachers must be native speakers of English with a university degree and a TEFL certificate or equivalent.

We work forty hours a week with a maximum of 20 hours per week in the classroom during the off-peak seasons. We have two days off per week. During the peak seasons, 4 weeks in winter and 8 weeks in summer, we work 26 hours per week in the classroom.

Qualifications

Candidates should be native speakers, with BA (graduated at least 1 and half year). Teaching experience is not necessary, but candidates with previous ESL experience will be considered first.

We are looking for candidates who are positive, motivated, enthusiastic and flexible, with a professional attitude towards teaching and an interest in developing their skills and experience.
