METEN English was founded in 2006. We have 80 branches all over China and we currently have 3000 professional employees in ESL teaching, educational research and development, marketing and tutoring services.

Our Demand
• 12 teachers to start immediately
• 15 teachers to start in August and September

Our Students and Classes
• 10 to 40 years old (mainly adult)
• 5 to 10 or 15 to 20 students/class (depends on the program)
• Well-developed curriculum provided

Working Locations
Ningbo, Guangzhou, Beijing, Nanjing, Xiamen, Shenyang, Hefei, Chongqing

Working Hours
• 35 working hours / Week including 25 teaching hours and 10 office hours
• 2 days off / week on the weekdays

Responsibilities
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity, interest, and abilities of the students
• Guide the learning process in accordance with established curriculum goals
• Clearly establish and communicate objectives to the students for each lesson, unit, and project
• Support specialized ESL assessments. Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, and provide progress reports as required
• Be familiar with METEN English's teaching philosophy and course curriculum

Salary
• RMB 11.000 to 15.000 / Month
• RMB 100 to 150 / One overtime class

Requirements
• At least a Bachelor Degree
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or at least 2 years teaching experience if you don’t have those certificate (Visa requirements)
• Outstanding personal/interpersonal communication skills with an openness towards cross culture environments
• Experience with technology in facilitating instruction
• Excellent organizational and neatness skills
