Our company, Injoong Education, manages different English Academies and has satisfied 200+ teachers over the past several years so much we have had very few problems despite the gaps in communication and cultures. We have built our company on the primary foundation of trying to make the education as strong as possible for our kids with support for our Instructors and creating a positive working environment.

Working conditions:

 Prepaid lesson plans and a strong curriculum built by our developers in Seoul
 Get daily support from your Head Instructor or Faculty Management
 120 hours teaching requirement per month (overtime pay: 25,000 KRW / hour)
 No split shifts except during the intensives months
 overtime pay (25,000KRW / hour)
 The opportunity to work with the brightest students of the nation
 Competitive salaries (per YEARLY) - free housing will be provided separately

- 1st year : 2.2 KRW ~ 2.4 KRW

- 2nd year : 2.3 KRW ~ 2.5 KRW

- 3rd year : 2.4 KRW ~ 2.6 KRW

- 4th year : 2.5 KRW ~ 2.7 KRW

- 5th year : 2.8 KRW ~

Geoje Island is connected with the mainland by Geoga Bridge and it takes only one and a half hours from Geoje Island to Busan by express bus.

Qualifications :

- Hold a valid passport from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from an accredited university
