Candidate Qualifications: 
1. A genuine interest in children, teaching, and professional development 
2. Pleasant personality, good at communication and friendly 
3. Dedication to teaching, be able to mobilize students and make students feel happy to 
learn English 
4. At least the teacher is a Bachelor degree (or up) holder 
5. At least two years full time teaching experience after bachelor graduation or have 120 
hours TEFL or TESOL 
6. Nationality: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland. Others if the candidate is highly-qualified. Age: 20-60 
7. Language: English

As a MINIMUM, the following salary package: 
1. One-year contract (any time from March 2019) 
2. Minimum monthly salary scales from: 1)RMB (Yuan) 12,000-20,000 for kindergarten/primary school/middle school/ high school/ college/ university oral English teachers. 2)Salary depends on qualifications and years of teaching experience.3) Salary paid on 15 th of the following month 
3. Airfare reimbursed RMB5,000 on completion of one-year contract 
4. Sponsored and paid legal work visas 
5. Free On/Off campus Unshared apartment for most teachers 
6. Medical and emergency insurance 
7. Airport transportation and hotel stay on arrival 
8. All paid Chinese national holidays 
9. Maximum hours: 80 teaching hours per month (with most public schools around 
16-classes per week in reality, and one class is equal to 45 minutes) 
10.All curriculum material provided and ongoing academic support

General Details: 
1. Contract time: One year (any time from February 2019) 
2. Working place: On campus 
3. Boarding: On/Off campus. Unshared apartment for most teachers. 
4. Workload: Maximum hours = 80 teaching hours per month (with most public schools 
around 16-classes per week). In reality, one class is equal to 45 minutes. 
5. The time to get salary: The fifteenth (15 th ) of the following month
