Global Education is one of the famous institutions of PEARSON Group. It mainly concentrates on providing language training for students, and offering study group, consultation about going abroad and demo classes service for those young people with the purpose of gaining rich experience overseas. Teacher recruitment requirements: 
1. Bachelor degree or above(with TESOL certificate), English major is preferred 
2. More experience in IELTS, TOEFL, SAT or schooling (2 teachers required); 

More experience in Teenage English (2 teachers required) 
3. Working five days a week and having 2 days off in the weekday. Having to work on the weekend. 
4. Average 5 classes everyday, calculated according to 22 days per month. A total of 110 classes. 
5. Salary (before tax): 
For Bachelor Degree: RMB 13000-15000 monthly; 
For Master Degree: RMB 15000-18000 monthly 
Excellent teachers with teaching experience are preferred 
6. Flight allowance of RMB 8000-15000 if you worked for a year. 
7. Annual Extra reward: 8000-15000 is awarded to teachers with the highest satisfaction from students and parents. 
8. Housing allowance of RMB 1500 per month 
9. 10 days of annual vacation, every statutory holiday is allowed to have a rest.
