Job Opportunities:
Teaching Research&Development Manager:
Responsibilities:
1/to be responsible for the building up and the management of the teaching research team.
2/to search for and develop teaching materials for kids from 4 to 18 years old by referring to the overseas resources and choose the most suitable textbook
3/to achieve the standardization of our teaching schemes and develop the matched teaching materials.
4/to be responsible for the recruiting and supervision of the teaching department.
5/to train the teaching department about the developed materials and teaching techniques .
Requirements:
1/bachelor degree holder, priority will be given to those who own the experience to study overseas or work in the high-end training institutes.
2/to be familiar with the domestic and western educational concepts, and be skilled in teaching techniques.
3/with at least 5 years experience in children teaching and over 2 years experience in the management of the developing team.
4/qualities for leadership, organization, communication and teamwork.
5/excellent in pronunciation and expression.

TESL teacher:
Responsibilities:
Teaching English to kids from 4 to 18 years old.
Requirements:
1/bachelor degree holder
2/native English speakers who come from America/Britain/Canada/Australia.
3/aging from 21 to 40 years old.
4/priority will be given to those who have experience in English teaching, especially in China.
