TEFL Teacher Vacancy in Beijing With a Very Competitive Package

Language Factory is looking for a TEFL teacher and offering a very competitive salary.

Language Factory is a Beijing established chain of training centers focused on after school hours language teaching. They focus on teaching kids from 3 to 16 years old and the majority of their students are from the most important International Schools in Beijing. Currently expanding they are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic and caring people to join in on this growth.

The job is based in Chaoyang Beijing.

This job has many benefits such as a competitive salary package and flexible working hours.

A big draw of this job is the very competitive package with a salary between 20-25k a month (including accommodation allowance).

There are very flexible working hours. Working 5 days a week, 6 hours a day and rotating days off. As it is a language centre working hours are compact giving you a lot of free time.

Weekdays: afternoon-evening (for example, 3-9pm)
Weekends: morning-afternoon (for example, 9am-3pm)

Required:
• At least bachelor's degree or TEFL/TESOL certificate (can be arranged)
• Previous teaching experiences with children aged from 3-12 is preferred
• Enthusiastic and good sense of humor
• Disposition to learn and teach
• Be responsible and willing to work in a fast growing environment
• Be dynamic in the classroom and creative to innovate on classes preparation even when following a curriculum
