Hi, we at America Town Education are looking for 6-8 enthusiastic teachers who can teach part time and learn Chinese full time. We are looking for creative and outgoing teachers who have a lot of fun teaching with us, and choose between our variety of learning options.

Whether you are interested in traveling or studying Chinese, we have the job for you. Being a school started by foreign teachers we know what is important to a teacher, and how to give them the best environment to succeed in and out of the classroom. Our school keeps an upbeat positive attitude with staff trips to theme parks, camping trips, sightseeing and more. We have regular dinners and many other things to help teachers feel comfortable and settled in their new surroundings.

PROFESSIONAL CHINESE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT – One-on-one instructions is the best way to learn Chinese. Rather than vying for teacher’s attention, fumbling through flashcard apps, or listening to confusing CD’s, our one-to-one intensive Chinese classes let you STUDY WHAT YOU WANT AT YOUR SPEED. We have highly experienced and trained teachers ready to teach you in a variety of ways for students of all levels with all kinds of goals.

AN APPROACHABLE AMERICAN OWNERS AND MANAGERS - Say goodbye to the hassles of pushed back paydays, messy unreliable Chinese classes that are sometimes 2 hours a week, last minute requests, lack of training, unbearable apartments, and dishonest managers who never back up their teachers.

DYNAMIC LOCATIONS - Our Schools are mainly located in Jining Shandong. It is a rapidly developing metropolitan area of over 2 million with most of the western amenities you will want from back home, like Starbucks, Gyms, I-max, Public bikes, yet, being close to the birthplace of Confucius it has a unique Chinese charm and a still retains very much a pure contemporary Chinese culture you cannot find in most cities. Jining is also a relatively INEXPENSIVE place to live making it an IDEAL PLACE TO SAVE MONEY.

LEARNING TRACKS:

Basic Track - This job is for the person who likes to get out and have real adventures throughout China, but still make some money and have a place to call home. We offer 3-4 consecutive days off and heavy weekend hours to give teachers the ability to make the most of their stay in China.

12 1 to 1 hours of Chinese class a week

Intensive Track- Learn a valuable skill that will last a lifetime. This job is for the person who wants full immersion in China and knows the best way to do that is by learning the Language first. We offer intensive classes of 1 on 1 Chinese for 16 hours a week giving people the fast track to learning Chinese.

10 English teaching hours a week

2500 RMB a month

3-4 days off a week

16 hours of 1 to 1 Chinese class a week

6 month contracts

Work Visa (Z-Visa)

Extreme track – This is for only the serious Chinese learners, this is for students who want to learn as much as possible with as little distractions as possible. This entails 20 one to one class hours with only 8 work hours weekly.

1000 RMB a month

3-4 days off a week

16 hours of 1 to 1 Chinese class a week

6 month contracts

REQUIREMENTS-

Enjoy teaching with Children- (Although we have students of all ages, at least half of your classes will be with children from ages 3 to 18 in SMALL CLASS SIZES.

Dedication to teaching your students in a fun yet professional manner.

Must be a native speaker from- The United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand or Australia.

Degree- Bachelors
