Job Requirement :
You should have clear speech without strong accent, vibrant dynamic personality, outgoing nature and gets along well with other colleagues. S/he must be a strong communicator with parents, peers, school administrators and fellow teaching staff. Finally, you are personally motivated to help children grow and improve in their learning of the performing arts in English.
Preferred but not essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in / Theater / Performance arts /Drama/ Directing Education/Musical etc.
• 120 hours TESOL or TEFL
In addition to Required Qualifications and Work Experiences
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years TEACHING experiences with children from any of this age group - 4 to 17.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Email systems and Skype.
• NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER
Annual Pay Range : $3,4000-4,2000USD
Salary: 14000-19000RMB/month
Sign on Bonus: 3000RMB
Probation period: 3 months (include training)
Housing allowance: 3000RMB/month
Flight allowance: 5000RMB/year, we can pay in advance if the candidate needs.
Medical insurance: 2000RMB/year
Demo Bonus:150-250RMB/head (the range of the demo bonus per month is 500 to 1000RMB)
Semester performance appraisal bonus: 3000-8000RMB/year
End of contract bonus: 5000+RMB/year

Training : Full Trained with Paid
Annual leave :10 works days
National holiday:11days /Year(paid leave)
Work days : Wed-Sun, 5 work days with 20 teaching hours, 15-20 hours working hours/week
Upon arrival we will offer the temporary house for 15 days free
