Trainer of Teachers (chinese and Foreign Teachers) in Anhui

JOY CHILDREN'S SCHOOL (JOY ENGLISH) branch in Lu'an, Anhui province is looking for a competitive and experienced trainer of teachers (Chinese and Foreign teachers) in teaching English.



Lu'an is just an hour apart by train to Hefei.



Job Description:

1. To be able to train Chinese teacher in teaching English in a standard way.

2. To be able to help the school have quality education for students in learning English.

3. To be able to impart knowledge and contribution in developing the school’s progress.

4. Willing to coach in different cities. (The cities are in Anhui province only).

5. Manage teachers (to be discussed)

***working hours and rest days are to be discussed once interested.



Benefits:

1. 10,000 rm. monthly starting salary (negotiable).

2. 2 years contract (renewable)

3. Z-Visa provided

4. Furnished shared apartment with own room provided

5. Travel allowance to working sites.

6. Chinese holiday.

7. Rest day (to be discussed)

8. Free round trip air ticket after completing the contract.

9. 5% share of the school’s profit every year once the given task is completed.



Qualifications:

1.Have a year or more experience as a manager in an English institution.　　(Manager in a call center agent is possible too)

2. Graduate of any degrees. Psychology graduate is an advantage.

3. Any nationalities as long as can speak English fluently and no strong accent　that is difficult to comprehend.

4. Has an experience in teaching ESL is an advantage

5. Has an experience training TESOL or TEFL is an advantage too
