Training Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate with the training heads for identifying the training needs of the organization and the teachers.
- To develop training modules and organize the training sessions along with the follow-up evaluations on professional and behavioral aspects.
- To deliver specific trainings for the trainers and/or teachers with high quality;
- To build the connection and to balance the culture differences between the Chinese and Western cultures.
- To draw training plans and to manage the trainers, guarantee the suitable content and schedules for the training courses.
- The trainer team management and report to the superiors.
- Take full responsibilities for the teaching quality QA of the teachers.
Candidate Qualifications:
- The candidate should be a native English speaker from the US, UK or Canada, have a Master degree or PG Diploma in Training and Development from reputed institute.
- ESL teaching and living experiences in big cities of China.
- Should have 3-5 years of experience in western teachers training and management in the international schools or big language tutoring/training organizations in China.
- Excellent presentation skills and IT skills.
- Good motivator, ability to write reports and keep records.
- Good time management.

Salary and Welfare:
1-Monthly salary: 18,000-24,000 RMB
