Training/recruitment/monitoring Associates

•        Assist in screening of applicant resumes and updating of the recruitment database;
•        Conduct interviews and hire quality home-based Online English teachers;
•        Train new home-based Online English teachers;
•        Guide/help teachers who are having technical or class issues;
•        Handle lesson complaints;
•        Assess teacher's performance through monitoring and evaluation;
•        Create weekly articles and materials for teachers.

•        Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field;
•        Must have exceptional command of the English language;
•        Previous ESL Training/Teaching experience is a plus;
•        Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications and Skype;
•        Goal oriented and can work under pressure;
•        Willing to work in Commonwealth, Q.C. on a shifting schedule (9AM-6PM and 2:30PM-11:30PM)
