Zhanjiang Real English Academy is a professionally run, joint Sino-Western managed, English language training school in south China’s Guangdong Province. Established in 2012, we have just opened our second campus and are rapidly expanding our programs.

We seek motivated, eager, and ambitious teachers to join our Sino-Western team in Zhanjiang. We offer English training for students of all ages. The curriculum changes with different age groups to ensure the material is both age appropriate and engaging. While classes for all age groups are offered, young learners predominate.
Job details:
Contract time: 1-year renewable contracts are available
Courses: English for young learners (age 3-5), primary school English (age 6-9),
intermediate school English (age 10-12) and middle/high school advanced English
Workload: Depends on contract and salary

 

Compensation:
Legal Z-Work visa, residence permit and foreign expert certificate
15000-18000 RMB/month salary (based on teaching hours and experience)
80 RMB/hour for teaching overtime
Free furnished apartment
2 hours free Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese (or both!) lessons per week
1000 USD contract renewal or completion bonus
21 days per year annual leave (9 days school leave + 12 days public holiday)

Successful applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in any field, as
well as a CELTA, TESOL or TEFL certification and/or at least two years of relevant
experience. Only applicants with US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Ireland or
New Zealand citizenship will be considered.
