Job description:Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students, make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student, be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc., fulfill one to one teaching and take proper ways based on the different situation of each student as well as their requirements.

Qualifications:Native English speaker, bachelors degree or above, graduated 2 years from university prior to start of work, TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate or 2 years related teaching experience. The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country.

Special skills :Candidates need to have the ability to encourage and build confidence in students and show willingness to point out areas of improvement. Use creative methods for teaching and learning.

Benefits:Competitive salary (from 10.000 up to 12.000 RMB depending on location, qualifications and on whether candidates will receive free accomodation), annual performance bonus, accommodation allowance, international airfare allowance, reimbursed work visa, comprehensive medical and accidental insurance, 10 days paid annual leave plus 12 days public holiday/per year, two days off/week. An induction program, regular teacher training and academic development workshops, ongoing team-building activities organized by the school.

Students‘ age range:6-14 years old.

Working time:Not more than 20 working hours per week. Every lessons lasts 40 minutes.
