Elan Schools are English learning centers that provide international enrichment programs for Chinese K-G6 local and international students. They are designed to improve students' language skills, thinking skills, problem solving abilities and knowledge of global culture.

Elan offers guided independent reading programs to students between the ages of 5-12. We promote independence with our extensive library program consisting of over 5,000 audiobooks and regular books, and complement this behavior with specialized literature and writing classes. Our programs will help the students become independent English reader and master English as a lifetime language skill, enabling them to enter the best high schools and universities later in the USA and elsewhere.

Due to our popularity we will be expanding our operations and plan to open about 10 branches across China in 2016. For this reason, we are looking for ambitious individuals who wish to grow together with the company and join hands to create unlimited and promising future.

English Teachers
Job Description:
- Teach Core Literature, Reading and Writing Courses
- Coach in the Library
- Research and Development Projects

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required - Education and English preferred
- Over 2 years of teaching experience
- Native English speaker or equivalent English proficiency preferred
- Applicants already in China preferred
- Able to begin work ASAP preferred.

Wage package:
- 15,000-19,000 RMB per month depending on experience
- Visa sponsorship for successful applicants
- 11 days paid vacation days per year
- Round-trip international flight reimbursement of 8,000RMB
- Discretional Bonus at the end of the contract depending on performance

Working hours:
-Must work on Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm.
-Then choose 3 days from Monday-Friday to work at 11am-8pm.
-Teaching hours: 20-25h/w
-Office hours: 10-15h/w
