ENC Language School is now recruiting English Language Teachers for positions at our school in the blue sky city of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. We teach students aged from 3 to adults, which allows teachers to enjoy a variety of classes and gain experience in all age groups. We aim to provide students with an excellent learning environment that allows them to enjoy speaking English. Classes focus on Oral English Communication, with an emphasis on using a variety of fun and engaging activities. Teachers make use of role play, drama, songs to appeal to each students individual learning needs. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 15 students per class. You will be working with children on weekends and some weeknights as well as in the kindergarten, primary school as well as middle school three days a week. Each week you will have a guaranteed 2 days off and no more than 20 to 25 teaching hours per week with with 10 office hours a week is required for lesson plans and any school related activities , the basic salary for non experienced teachers is 7000RMB per month and the salary for an experienced teacher is 8000RMB, if you wish to do overtime the rate is 100RMB for teachers with no experience and teachers with experience will paid 120RMB an hour. The school will provide the visa.
Our Teachers are all provided with a free comfortable furnished accommodation with a teacher only needing to pay a small amount for utilities. ENC Language School will also provide free gym membership at a new gym connected to our school. Hohhot is a capital city with many unique restaurants as well as western restaurants. There is also both Mongolian and Chinese flavor along with a rich culture and history. The size of the city is small enough to bike, bus, or walk around and enjoy the parks and blue skies.
