Vacancies for Two Academic Managers in Beijing

Language Link China, a subsidiary of Language Link International, currently has vacancies for two Academic Managers in our schools program in Beijing, China.

Language Link has been providing quality language training courses and academic management around the globe since 1975. We also provide CELTA teacher training courses in the UK, Russia and Vietnam, and are the largest CELTA training centre in China.

We are seeking self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised candidates for the Academic Manager/Director of Studies positions who meet the following requirements:

1. A full university degree or above.

2. A CELTA/ Trinity TESOL or DELTA/ Trinity Diploma (Preferred).

3. At least 2 - 3 years relevant teaching experience, with some supervisory experience preferred.

The position requires the following skills and attributes:

Experience of working with Young Learners (Some kindergarten experience preferred).

A continuing desire to work with Young Learners.

An ability to organise and self motivate.

A strong administrative ability.

A willingness and ability to observe and train other teachers.

Confidence in managing and motivating others.

This position provides:

Salary of 16,500RMB

Full visa support and Z work visa.

Airfare reimbursement.

Visa and medical cost reimbursement.

Accommodation support.

Ten days paid annual leave in addition to National Holidays.

*These positions will have some teaching requirement.
