Available Positions:

VICE CHANCELLOR

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of professional educators
- Instituting programs that continually improve the quality of instruction across all departments.
- Provide input on decisions concerning curriculum development
- Provide feedback for the selection of teaching materials.
- Promote Beijing New Talent Academy through international exchanges and special events.
- Form partnerships between Beijing New Talent Academy and other schools
- Promote cultural exchange through marketing and recruitment
- Commitment to Beijing New Talent Academy’s goal of providing a quality education to a range of age groups.

Requirements:
- Five years or more experience in education management
- PHD from an accredited university
- Experience managing primary and secondary schools is preferred
- Familiarity with policies and methods related to international school management
- Knowledge of managing a school focused on a multi-lingual international education
- A working knowledge of the international education market and Chinese policies regarding international schools
- Ability to manage a large teaching staff
- Awareness of the challenges integrating both Chinese and Western practices
- Availability for a long-term assignment.

AP TEACHING STAFF: PHD

Responsibilities:
Beijing New Talent Academy is in the process of hiring 30 instructors to teach the following subjects:

- Calculus
- Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Economics
- TOEFL Exam Preparation

Requirements:
Successful applicants will hold a doctorate degree in their subject of instruction. Chinese applicants who have previously studied and worked in the field of education abroad are encouraged to apply. For non-native English speakers, a TOEFL score of 90 or above is required.

AP TEACHING STAFF: MASTER'S DEGREE

Responsibilities:
Beijing New Talent Academy is currently looking for experienced instructors with a teaching background in calculus, math, chemistry, physics, economics, and TOEFL exam preparation.

Requirements:
Job candidates are required to hold a master’s degree in their subject of instruction.
Chinese candidates with overseas education and work experience are encouraged to apply. For non-native English speakers, a TOEFL score of 90 or above is required. Applicants must have a minimum of three years teaching experience. Familiarity with Advanced Placement curriculum a plus.
