We Are Hiring Certified Teachers for the Feb 2012 Semester

We are hiring (3) certified teachers for the Feb 2012 semester. You need to be a state certified American teacher already in China on a valid Z visa. You must be experienced in teaching AP-level classes. You will work in conjunction with our American and Canadian partner schools. You will work Monday-Friday from 0900 until 1800 in that we hold classes in that time frame. However, if you are not actually scheduled for a class, you will not need to be on campus unless we have a meeting or you are doing office hours. The actual teaching hours hover around 12-16 hours per week of contact time.
We can provide on campus housing in the dorms with a private, secure room, and 3 meals per day, with access to a gym on site.
Wages are 10,000 RMB per month AFTER TAXES TAKE HOME.

The school is an international school that is licensed to teach international courses. In the coming semester we will run with 12 AP courses.
We teach grades 10, 11, and 12.
Each classroom in the international building has interactive smart boards.
All teachers are given laptops.
Each class is 50-minutes in duration from start to finish.

The campus is located in a wooded area that was once a resort so it is very cozy and quiet.
Most of the students can read, write, and speak English well enough so that you need not waste time trying to reinvent the wheel.

You will need to be able to report for work on 10 Feb 2012.

We need personnel to teach AP-Physics, AB calculus, and Microeconomics as well as AP French, AP EU History, and AP-level governmental classes in addition to AP-level Environmental Science and AP Human Geography.

You will be dealing with English speaking western management.
