We Are Looking for Math, English and Social Studies Instructors in Ranong
We are looking for Math, English and Social Studies instructors in Ranong.
You will be paid Baht 30,000 for a teaching load that won’t exceed 20 periods (50 minute/period) a week. We provide a 12 month contract which would end on March 31st 2013 and have it renewed for another 12 months the following academic year. Holidays and public holidays are your privilege and no deductions are taken off your salary. Penalties are only imposed for excessive leave days, sick days and absences.
In Ranong, you will be teaching at the biggest high school that offers International and English programs. The school is located within city limits; the bus station is next to the school. An apartment complex (next to Tesco Lotus) close to the school has been contacted. Cost of living is really cheap; excellent seafood is served everywhere. Ranong is renowned for its preserved seafood such as dried shrimp, shrimp paste, as well as cashew nut and dumplings. Ranong is locally known for its boiling hot springs which have been fashioned into organized ponds surrounded by manicured gardens and tropical forests. Ranong is a province located on the western coast of south Thailand and is next to the Burmese border. It has a long coast on the Andaman Sea.
