We Are Seeking an English Teacher Capable and Interested in Teaching Children
Position:
We are seeking an English teacher capable and interested in teaching children from 2.5-6 years old.
Qualifications:
Candidates MUST be a
native speaker from Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom.
Mature and able to adapt to a new culture. Prior living/travelling experience in foreign countries will be considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree AND a TESL/TEFL certificate is a MUST.
Creative, energetic and highly dedicated to the teaching profession.
Able and willing to contribute to our English language program.
Compensation:
7000-10,000 RMB paid in full on the last day of every month.
20 classroom teaching hours per week
Monday to Friday at the kindergarten from 9am-11:30am, with a break, returning at 2:45 pm-4:15 pm.
3-4 parents open classes on Saturday mornings a term.
● proper Z work visa provided
● US$1,000 travel allowance per one year contract completion
● holidays paid at full salary rate
● furnished apartment with utilities paid
● free lunches provided on workdays

Hing Hing Kindergarten is a division of the Esquel Group and is considered a serious incentive for company employees working in the Gaoming facilities. Most of the students are the children and family members of employees within every department of the company. English is considered an extremely important part of education in the kindergarten and 75% of the school population learns English on a daily basis.
Students are classified into three levels based on age and/or developmental stage.
Large: ages 5-6.5 Middle: ages 4-5 Small: ages 2.5-3.5
Our kindergarten provides an intimate and rewarding teaching experience through small class size and daily English exposure. Our teachers see their students every workday and get to know all of them by name. We put the education of our students first. Unlike many other schools, we do not attempt to maximize our foreign teachers face time in front of as many students as possible, but rather create a familiar and pleasant environment that is conducive to learning the English language.
The Human Resources Training & Development Division of Esquel Group grencourages and develops proams to expand the use of English in the workforce. Classes are conducted on site at the factories during the evenings at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
