Web also runs an online English training program-Webi HWJ(hwj.webi.com.cn) which can help learners learn faster and much more efficiently with offline program.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced ESL teachers at Xuhui district, Shanghai.

Position Information:

- One year contract;

- 5 working days per week, weekends off;

- 40 working hours per week ;

-Working time: 1PM to 9PM.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Native speaker of English from the following countries: (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa)

- Bachelor's degree or above

- At least two years solid classroom teaching experience.

- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (120 hours)

- 25 to 60 years of age

- Willing to work irregular hours (weeknights and weekends)

- Punctual, outgoing and enthusiastic work attitude

Responsibities

The responsibilities to be performed by the Employee include:

1. 1-2 hours teaching per day;

2. Evaluating students performance and improving courses based on students' feedback;

3. Online Presence£º Answering questions from students£»

4. Designing curricular to meet the market demands;

5. Integrating and upgrading current curriculum and teaching materials£»

6. Assisting in counseling customers online (telephone, QQ, Skype, etc.);

7. Evaluating customer's language level;

8. Giving demo classes to potential customers (telephone, QQ, Skype, etc.);

9. Participating in the school's promotional events;

10. Attending all scheduled meeting ;

11. Performing other tasks assigned by the online department and the school within working hours.
