Welcome Native English Teachers to Yantai University for academic year 2014-2015.

Yantai University is member of ¡° Project of Prestigious Universities in Shandong Province ¡±, which focuses on the construction of provincial universities. Located on the shore of the Yellow Sea, less than one hundred meters from the coastline, Yantai University is truly a seaside University. In its initial development, Yantai University was aided by the Ministry of Education, Peking University, and Tsinghua University. Now, there are more than 30000 students in the campus.

Qualification:

1. Native English speaker

2. Under 60 years old

3. Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher

4. Two years¡¯ full time teaching experience

5. Workload: 16 hours per week of classroom instruction, 2 hours per week of office hour. Half an hour lecture per semester.

6. Contract period: August, 2014 to July, 2015 (The exact date depends on school schedule)

Offers:

1. Monthly salary (RMB): ranging from 4000RMB-5500 RMB per month, depending on teaching experience, education background and teaching capacity

2. Overtime teaching at the rate of RMB100 per hour

3. Free apartment furnished on campus

4. International Airfare allowance: 10000 RMB for a one academic year contract

5. 1100 RMB each term as travel allowance

6. Free Chinese language courses on campus

7. Free airport pick-up
