The ideal candidate should be:
1 a native English speaker from one of the five countries: America,Australia,British,Canada,New Zealand
2 with a Bachelor's degree or above;
3 a TEFL certificate or equivalent preferred;

4 age between 25 to 50
5 1-2 years or more teaching experience preferred;
6 committed and with good communication skills
