Western Owned English School in Hunan, Changsha Looking to Hire Asap

Bounce Kids is an Australian owned training school based in Changsha - a second tier Chinese city with much to offer. Student’s range from 3—12 years old, with a maximum of 8 students per class. Each class is 1.5 hours long and every teacher is supported with an English speaking TA - a maximum of 18 teaching hours per week!

We are looking for teachers who are available to start ASAP.

Salaries range from 8,000 RMB to 13,000 RMB a month depending on qualifications and teaching experience. However we also have both Part-time and Full-time positions available, with opportunities for overtime work if so desired.

Required Qualifications

A passion for working with children.
Native English Speaker with a passport from one of the following countries: UK/ Australia/ New Zealand/ Canada/ America/ South Africa

Desired Qualifications

A Degree Holder
TEFL or TESOL Qualification
Teaching experience, preferably in teaching English as a second language.

Compensation and Benefits

Paid Holidays, including all Chinese National Holidays, Christmas day, an extra 7 days during Spring Festival, and 1—2 weeks during Summer.
5 days of Paid personal leave + 3 days of Paid Sick Leave
Quarterly performance bonuses.
6000 RMB contract completion Bonus.
