About our school:
Victoria Kindergarten Shenzhen Arcadia Court opened its doors in 2004. It is located in the core of Shenzhen's Futian District. The school is managed and operated by the Victoria Educational Organization, a Hong Kong based organisation with over 50 years of experience in the education industry.
The school offers a safe and friendly learning environment, and an inquiry-based, international curriculum, designed to strengthen students thinking and bilingual language skills.
Who are we looking for
5 native kindergarten teachers who can start working in August 2018 with
- BA degree (major in Education or Early Childhood education preferably)
- TEFL/TESOL or at least two year experience
- Patient, love working with kids
- Be able to relocate in Shenzhen in August 2018
Responsibilities
- To develop, conduct and lead various English integrated child-centered programs for young children.
- To monitor and assess student performance and develop and develop appropriate adjustments to meet students needs
- Responsible for preparing teaching materials and student's progress reports.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary: 19,000 RMB/month
- Housing allowance: 6,800 RMB
- Ending contract bonus: %10 of total monthly salaries of two year contract
- Flight ticket provided at the end of each year contract
- Health insurance provided
- Breakfast and Lunch at school
- 39 paid school holidays + 9 paid sick leave days per academic year
- All the Chinese national and public holiday paid
Working experience
- Student age: 3 years old
- Working hours: 40 hours/week
- Working schedule: 5 working days/week, one day of on Sunday and one day of on week day
