ESL Jobs in Xiamen & Fuzhou
We are now in search of professional, fun & passionate ESL teachers to join our fantastic teams in Xiamen, Fuzhou, Shishi, Longyan, Jinjiang in the beautiful Fujian province and Wenzhou, Ningbo, in Zhejiang province in China. Our southern headquarters is based in Xiamen, and we have established flagship schools nationwide. We currently have 60 regular chain schools and all the schools are staffed by high-quality and responsible full time teachers.

We teach a maximum of 26 hours a week, covering students aged from 3 to 12 years old. Our students are divided into different groups by their age and level. Our classes are small and cotaught by a foreign ESL teacher and a Chinese teacher, which enables our students to have the time and attention needed to reach their potential. Outside the classroom, we track our students development and learning needs. We keep in close contact with parents, keeping them up to date on the progress and offering advice to improve further.

We also have a complete curriculum designed by education professionals for the Chinese market. We provide teacher guides, flashcards, props, the latest classroom technology and a very nice working environment, alongside staff who are dedicated to really helping children and supporting teachers needs. As an ESL teacher here, multiculturalism, respect for other nations and social skill development of our students are encouraged. You will be able to not only add new teaching skills and experience to your skill set, but also influence our future leaders.

Xiamen The City
Located at the southeast coast of China, Xiamen is a tourist city of Fujian Province famous for its attractive seascape. The name of Xiamen was consequently given, which means a gate of China. As one of the forerunners of the special economic zones of China, Xiamen mainly consisting of Xiamen Island, Gulangyu Island, the north bank area of the Jiulong River and Tong'an County, is connected with the mainland by the Xiamen Bridge. The city is well known for its beautiful natural scenery, fresh air and the clean environment.

Fuzhou The City
Most people haven't heard of Fuzhou, but why would you? After all it is only a city of some 6 million people! Fuzhou is a small Chinese city, and capital of Fujian province. It's coastal, surrounding by mountains and in 2014 was ranked 7th in china for air quality.

Main Responsibilities
o Maximum of 26 working hours per week
o Wednesday to Sunday work schedule with Monday and Tuesday off
o Student age: 3 to 12 years old
o Deliver engaging, effective, learner centered lessons to our young learner students
o Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
o Learn and master our teaching materials

Compensation
o Excellent salary: 14,000 to 17,000 RMB per month after tax (depending on qualifications)
o Housing allowance: 1,500 RMB per month
o Assistance finding suitable accommodation
o Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (provided on contract completion)
o All national holidays provided plus around 10 days spring vacation

Requirements
o Bachelors degree or above
o Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa

o 2 years teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
