(2) Requirements for Foreign Language Experts
We want to invite the teachers who have team spirit and the ability to adjust to the new environment.
Degree: Hold at least Bachelor’s Degree
Major: Linguistics or Literature or Education will enjoy priority
Experience: Have at least 2 years of teaching experience
Age: No restriction
Origin: Only Native English speakers from U.S.A., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand
or Ireland(Very important)
Language: English
Working period: At least 10 months
(from the beginning of September of 2008 to the end of next June)
(3)Treatment for Foreign Experts
Salary:
4500 RMB each month for foreign experts
Accommodation:
Free accommodation on campus with beds, cabinet, table, chair, cable TV, internet facility, air-conditioner, refrigerator, telephone, bathroom, and a washing machine and kitchen, expenses of water, electricity and gas will be paid by the university.
Air Fare:
Reimburse round-trip air ticket two months before the accomplishment of the
Contract, which should be under RMB8000yuan(The ticket is needed)
Travel Allowance:
Two-month holidays with traveling money RMB2200 yuan each year which will be paid at the end of the second term.

(5)About Teaching
Working hours per week
16 hours/week plus some extra-curriculum activities
We don’t arrange foreign experts to work on weekend in principle.
Average Class Size: 20-45 Students/class
Courses to Teach: Oral English, Reading, Writing, British and American literature,
others.
